Escape the tourist trail on this authentic 5-day journey through the breathtaking Imlil Valley, where snow-capped peaks tower over ancient Berber villages. More than just a trekking tour, this carefully crafted experience invites you to:

Day 1: Marrakech → Imlil Valley (1,800m)

  • Morning departure from Marrakech (1.5hr drive)

  • Stop at Asni for weekly Berber market (Sat only)

  • Arrive in Imlil, meet local guide

  • Light afternoon hike to Aremd Village

  • Visit traditional Berber home for mint tea

  • Dinner & overnight at mountain guesthouse

Day 2: Imlil → Tizi n'Tamatert (2,279m) → Tacheddirt (2,300m)

  • Breakfast with Atlas Mountain views

  • Trek through walnut groves (4-5hrs moderate hike)

  • Cross Tizi n’Tamatert pass

  • Picnic lunch with panoramic vistas

  • Arrive at Tacheddirt (authentic Berber village)

  • Homestay experience with local family

Day 3: Tacheddirt → Imsker (1,800m) → Sidi Chamharouch

  • Morning hike along ancient mule trails (3-4hrs)

  • Visit Imsker village’s communal bakery

  • Continue to sacred Sidi Chamharouch shrine

  • Optional dip in mountain streams

  • Return to Imlil for hammam relaxation

  • Overnight at eco-lodge

Day 4: Toubkal Base Camp (3,207m) Acclimatization

  • Challenging hike to Neltner Refuge (5-6hrs)

  • Lunch at base camp with Toubkal summit views

  • Afternoon optional short hikes

  • Mountain lodge overnight
    (Non-trekkers alternative: Cultural day in Imlil with cooking class)

Day 5: Imlil → Marrakech

  • Sunrise breakfast in mountains

  • Visit women’s argan cooperative en route

  • Stop at Tahnaout for traditional lunch

  • Return to Marrakech by afternoon
