Day 1: Casablanca → Rabat → Fes
Morning: Visit Hassan II Mosque (Casablanca’s iconic landmark).
Travel to Rabat: Explore the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower & Chellah Necropolis.
Afternoon: Drive to Fes through scenic countryside.
Evening: Dinner & overnight in a traditional Fes riad.
Day 2: Fes Guided City Tour
Full-day exploration of Fes:
Medina (UNESCO-listed) – Wander narrow alleys filled with markets.
Al Quaraouiyine University (oldest in the world).
Chouara Tanneries (watch leather dyeing in giant vats).
Bou Inania Madrasa & Jewish Quarter (Mellah).
Evening: Free time to explore, overnight in riad.
Day 3: Fes → Ifrane → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga Desert
Morning: Drive through Ifrane (“Moroccan Switzerland”) & Cedar Forests (see wild monkeys).
Cross Middle Atlas Mountains – Stop in Midelt for lunch.
Afternoon: Descend into the Ziz Valley, arrive in Merzouga.
Evening: Camel trek into Erg Chebbi dunes, overnight in a luxury desert camp (Berber music, stargazing).
Day 4: Merzouga → Rissani → Erfoud → Fes
Sunrise camel ride back to Merzouga village.
Visit Rissani (traditional market & origin of Morocco’s ruling dynasty).
Stop in Erfoud (optional fossil workshop visit).
Drive back to Fes through scenic landscapes.
Evening: Arrive in Fes, overnight in riad.
Day 5: Fes → Casablanca (Departure)
